If the price on the website doesn't match the offer, check if you have entered the offer code / promo code. This can be found on the advert. Enter this in the promo code box on the shopping basket page exactly as it appears click 'apply' and it will update the price accordingly.
If you have clicked through from an offer email, you don't need to do this - it has been added for you.
This means that any offers for percentage discounts will be applied to the entire website automatically when you click through from the email, so no need to add the code again - the prices will have already been reduced.
Please don't add another code to the offer code box, as this will overwrite the email code and change the prices back!
You can only use one offer code on any order so choose the one that works best for you.
