We use Yodel courier services to deliver your parcel in association with Whistl.
You will receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way - this will take you to the Whistl tracking link, but you can copy the Tracking details (the long number starting with JD) into the Yodel website here https://www.yodel.co.uk/track for up-to-the-minute tracking of your parcel. If you need to view a proof of delivery photo, this is available on Yodel's App or upon request from Customer Services.
You do not have to sign for the parcel and if you are out the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place, if there is one easily accessible. Furthermore, you can add a short instruction for the courier to advise of a safe place (or add your safe place in the Yodel website or App - recommended if you know you're going to be out).
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time, and delivery may be in the evening or at weekend. So please do not provide business address for delivery if this is not likely to be open during Yodel's standard delivery times.
