Can I delay the delivery date?

Yes you can - we recommend that you call us to place your order on 0333 444 9872 and ask the agent to delay delivery. 


Otherwise you may place your order and then contact us straight away, to ask if we can delay the delivery date. 

Just as soon as you have placed your order, call us on 0333 444 9872 and we'll check if it's possible to delay dispatch.


As long as we can get to your order before the nursery team start to prepare it, we can change the deliver from date. But once in 'picking' status we regret there is nothing we can do.
