Any buy one, get one free offer will be accompanied by an offer code / promo code. Please make sure to add this in the promo code box on the Shopping Basket page before checkout to make sure you get the free plant - if you don't, it will not be added to the order.
In most cases, just adding the first plant to the basket and then the promo code on the Shopping Basket page before checkout will add the free plant to your basket automatically. But if there is a choice of free plants, you will need to select the ones you want yourself. Just choose the plants you want, and when you add the promo code it will adjust the price so that one is then free.
Do the same if you have a three for two offer.
Please make sure any free or reduced priced plants are showing in your basket before checkout to make sure you get what you expect. As we cannot always offer to apply a promo code after an order has been placed. And certainly not once it's been dispatched!
